Built in 2014, this home sits among the trees on walkable Old River Road. It's less than half a mile to the center of Guerneville, a scenic riverside town known for its eclectic restaurants and shops. Rent kayaks and canoes at Johnson's Beach (half a mile), treat your kids to a day at Pee Wee Golf & Arcade (half a mile), and unwind afterwards at Stumptown Brewery right up the road (three-quarters of a mile). You'll also be incredibly close to the beautiful Korbel Winery (two miles), Northwood Golf Course (three miles), and Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve (three miles). The house is a great place to relax after a day of Russian River activities. Light the gas grill for a barbecue dinner and watch your kids enjoy the swing, slide, and play structure in the yard. The interior is well-equipped and inviting, offering stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, mini-split air conditioning in each room, board games to play in the living room each evening, and smart TVs in the bedrooms to lull you into a restful night's sleep.
