Pool Heated 3/1- 4/15 Located in the heart of Seagrove. Beachwood Villas offers public beach access across the street! Condo offers a king size bed and custom built bunks to sleep 4 comfortably. Bike trails that span 30a making it convenient to great attractions such as Seaside, state parks, beaches, restaurants and all 30a has to offer. Enjoy free parking and easy access into this 1st floor unit, pools and tennis courts. Short Bike ride to seaside. Next door to Tom Thumb and Cafe 30a

Welcome to our cozy Beachwood Villas retreat in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. Just a short stroll from the sugar-white sand and turquoise waters, this beautifully updated unit offers a relaxing coastal getaway with access to two pools, tennis courts, and lush walking paths. Enjoy nearby dining, boutiques, and bike trails—all within minutes. Perfect for couples, small families, or anyone looking to unwind on Florida’s Emerald Coast. Unit is not equipped with washer and dryer. The laundry room is located by the pool very close to the unit. Beach access is directly across the street off 30a.
