The peaceful and private backyard comes complete with a spacious patio furnished for outdoor living with a gas grill, covered dining table, and firepit lounge area, which includes a fire table. Lower and main floor living areas each feature comfortable seating and smart TVs for flexible entertainment options. The main floor is bright and airy, with an open layout connecting the kitchen to promote group gatherings. A full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and expansive counter space, come ready and equipped for home cooking. There's seating at the breakfast bar and the dining table for family meals. Modern essentials include baseboard heating, mini-split air-conditioners, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
