Tennessee natives and long time UT football fans Carmyn and Ben love hosting in Knoxville just as much as they love visiting their alma mater with their family to cheer on the Vols!
The neighborhood has seen a lot of change over the years, the Happy Holler main strip (down Central Avenue) has been revived! We have had many guests enjoy the convenience of bakeries, pizza places and breweries.
