Please note that 2 additional children under the age of 18 can stay in the home and this does not count toward the 6 person occupancy per the Douglas County Ordinances to operate a Short Term Rental. Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. One vehicle must be parked in Designated Parking Spot #5 by the unit. One vehicle must be parked in the Designated Garage Spot #5. Parking Placards: Renters will be issued parking placards that must be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard for all vehicles, including guests. All vehicles must park only in designated parking areas. Failure to park in designated areas and/or display placards may result in a 500 dollars citation and fine. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced. Enjoy lake views and beachfront bliss at beautiful Zephyr Cove! This Pinewild townhome includes exclusive private beach access, offering the perfect setting for relaxation and recreation. When you're not enjoying the shoreline, you'll appreciate the home’s close proximity to town, nearby dining, and world-class skiing. Inside, the second floor serves as the main gathering area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, dining space, and direct access to the balcony—perfect for mingling while preparing a home-cooked meal. Guests also have access to the community’s newly converted pickleball court (formerly the tennis courts), a shared amenity for everyone to enjoy.
