Come vacation at Ourtanfannies. This great house is located one back from the ocean. Listen to the waves from your bedroom, while relaxing indoors or from one of the new covered or sun exposed 'fannie tanning' decks. Enjoy the private pool, decking, and private hot tub. Upstairs on level two, Ourtanfannies has a great room with a wooden cathedral ceiling rising to a large skylight. Living area has wonderful natural lighting with an open floor area. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and ocean view dining area. Create your vacation memories at Ourtanfannies. Book for a week or more! Guests have easy access to the beach, Avon Pier and 'Canadian Hole.' A soundside sidewalk provides safe walking and biking to shopping, Koru Village, family medical facility ,and some of the best restaurants in Avon. Things to Know The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change. The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
