Situated in the countryside outside of the vibrant city center, this new-build 3BR/2BA home -- affectionately known as Over the Rainbow -- presents a lovely escape surrounded by outdoor recreation. The immaculate interior offers all-new contemporary furnishings, a fireplace, and two smart TVs. After fun-filled days of exploring, barbecue burgers on the grill and gather around the wood-burning firepit in the large fenced yard. LIVING AREA The welcoming living area serves as the social heart of the home and features a Roku TV, electric fireplace, and a sleeper sofa. KITCHEN & DINING A full suite of stainless steel appliances and stone countertops gleam in the pristine kitchen, also fitted with a three-person kitchen bar. When meals are ready, the table accommodates six. BED & BATH This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary suite has a king-size bed, a Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-size bed with a twin-size trundle below. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Offering ultimate privacy, the backyard is completely enclosed by a privacy fence. Kick back on patio furniture while dinner sizzles on the brand-new gas grill. Come evening, enjoy the warm glow of the wood-burning firepit. LOCATION The lively city center is approximately 20 minutes from home for shopping and dining. You can also visit Weaverville for additional attractions. In warmer months, outdoor recreation abounds with hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, ziplining, and tubing located nearby.
