This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is situated at the laid back Hawaiian resort of Papakea. Enjoy a Mai Thai while you relax to the sound of the ocean. From your private lanai you can enjoy views of the island of Lanai and even spot some whale activity during the winter months. Step inside to the fully remodeled open living space. This fully-equipped condo includes quality cabinets throughout, tile floors, granite countertops and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal in! ***NOTICE*** Effective April 22, 2025 through July 15, 2025 the F building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. **Notice of Seawall & Sink Hole repair projects update: - Seawall repairs will be concentrated in front of the A, L and F buildings.  - Sinkhole repairs will be concentrated in front of the L and F buildings.  - Anticipated start date around December 2025 or January 2026. - Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless Effective July 1, 2025: There will no longer be a Resort Fee, and parking for the first vehicle will be free. Current Resort Fee Details (until June 30, 2025): The Papakea Resort Fee is 25 dollars per day and includes one parking permit. Any additional vehicles will incur an extra charge of 5 dollars per day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not managed by My Perfect Stays. Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'anapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, two heated oceanfront pools, 2 large hot tubs, 12 gas BBQ grills, 2 twelve-hole putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24 hour front desk/security service as well as plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, farmer’s market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Papakea is just a short drive from both Ka’anapali and Kapalua world class golf courses. *A 25 dollar extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied at checkout. Additional children extra guest fees will be added/collected after booking.*
