Surrounded by the lush greenery of a two-and-a-half-acre wooded lot right off the shores of Lake Michigan, this wonderful, almost 3,000-square-foot home is the ideal getaway for a large family or travel group. No matter the season, this property offers spectacular views of both Lake Michigan and all the surrounding nature! Bright and modern, the design of the luxurious living area offers a gas fireplace and plenty of places for your group to sit and visit. The chef of the group will enjoy the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a dining table with additional counter stools located at the kitchen island. A gazebo with a four-seat high-top table is located off the kitchen for eating and socializing as well. Move things outside to a spacious deck for outdoor seating, a gas grill, picnic table, and two firepits encircled by Adirondack chairs to lounge on as you bask in the gentle breeze. Grab a book or your laptop using the free fast WiFi and find a quiet space either inside or outside in one of the many private nooks. If you're feeling productive and wish to catch up on remote work, make use of the first-floor office. Amenities such as a standing desk, a monitor, and a docking station are available to meet your needs. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
