Being located right in the heart of north Naples near Immokalee Road and Airport Road, the home is a little over 4 miles away from the Vanderbilt Beach north access and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park beach just on the other side of the Bluebill Ave bridge. The Mercato, Waterside Shops and the Pavilion are all 10 minutes or less away. Guests can walk to the Pipers Crossing Plaza at the front of the neighborhood which has Jimmy Johns, a Cuban, Italian/Pizza, Burger and an Omelet restaurant. Willoughby Acres is a very pedestrian friendly and within walking distance of the home is a small playground with a walking path, benches and a sidewalk connecting to the neighboring community of Palm River which also has miles of roads to explore.
