At home, you’ll find a cozy space with a mountain-cabin vibe. The open floor plan combines the living room, dining area, and full, well-equipped kitchen, so it’s easy to whip up meals and snacks while the kids play nearby. Grab some sweet tea and read a book in the sunroom or pop into the game room for a game of pool or darts. Other entertainment options include three streaming-capable TVs, an Xbox 1, and free high-speed WiFi. After a day of outdoor adventures, get cozy in front of the gas fireplace while the washer/dryer takes care of any stray laundry or let the kids enjoy the large front yard, with lots of space for tag or kickball. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
