Fully equipped Kitchen for cooking and serving complete with granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances. Open Dining/Family room area with big screen TV, Blu-Ray & Wireless. Large Master suite with walk-in tiled shower plus two large secondary bedrooms on 2nd floor with Jack & Jill bath. All bedrooms have a private vanity. Top quality mattresses.(king size in master, queen size in two secondary bedrooms). 1/2 bath on 1st floor. Walk directly into unit from attached garage. Utility room inside unit. Private patio & yard access for all guests..
I am a retired Architect and Builder and my wife is semi-retired teacher. We enjoy meeting and Hosting folks from around the globe.
This property is located on an estate size lot in a safe residential neighborhood convenient to basic shopping and restaurants. Community pools are open during summer months. Walking/biking trails are abundant. Several lakes are nearby. Many guests are visiting the sights in Atlanta or conducting business in the area.
