The Flat Hollow Marina is also right next door and home to a bar, a restaurant, a souvenir shop, and a boat rental. Inside your home away from home, the family room is comfortable and spacious. The water-view living room boasts a soft sofa and a large TV. The adjacent full kitchen features updated appliances, gleaming countertops, and a breakfast bar. When mealtime rolls around, dine as a family at the formal dining table, grill on the deck, and watch the sunset fall over the water from the deck's beautiful view. You can also gather around the fire pit with your loved ones for some s'mores and family time. Each of the four bedrooms has been lovingly decorated with soft color palettes, homey fixtures, and plush linens - ensuring you and your loved one's comfort. Additional interior perks include central air-conditioning, board games, and a private washer/dryer, making chore time effortless.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
