One block from the beautiful Crescent Beach, one block from boat ramp / fishing dock; 15 mins. drive to St Augustine historic district. Beautifully decorated with nautical/beach theme, remodeled kitchen, master bedroom with King size bed. The guest room includes a twin bunk bed and a double bed. Other amenities: Pool, tennis/pickleball courts and barbecue area.
