Located in the exclusive Wellington Lakes community - on five acres with two lakes - you'll be a short drive from shopping, dining, and entertainment in town and from the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. Upon entering, you'll immediately notice this home's spacious rooms, elegant furnishings, and all the modern essentials to keep you comfortable. The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy the quiet or read a book. When you're ready to go poolside, the sliding doors take you out to the covered patio. The family room is the perfect space for entertainment and boasts plush carpeting and comfy furnishings. The TV is cable ready and equipped with a DVD player. The pool and patio are also just off this room. And you'll have free WiFi access so you can bring your devices and stay plugged in if you like. The kitchen is roomy, with an abundance of counter and storage space, as well as standard appliances, including a dishwasher. There's plenty of room for everyone with the breakfast bar and a quaint, dining area. And on those nights when you want to do something special, enjoy your culinary creation in the dining room, which features a distinctive chandelier and a wall of mirrors. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a full bath with a deep soaking tub and separate shower, and a large TV, while the remaining three bedrooms offer additional comfort. You can pack light and keep your clothes nice and clean during your stay, thanks to the in-house washer and dryer. If you're focused on an R&R-centered vacation, you'll never have to leave home. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 32 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
