Please note that the building is currently undergoing some remodeling. During this period, there may be occasional noises or temporary inconveniences (ex.: restricted access to certain areas as balconies, or scaffolds) as they work to improve our facilities. Although during the past months the impact of these renovations to guests and residents have been only minimal and occasional, they may happen so as compensation the current prices shown to you already include a 20% discount while the renovations last. In the unlikely event that the building requires access to the apartment, we will do our best to relocate you to a comparable apartment or refund you, apart from the automatic discount already applied to you, whether your stay is affected or not.
