This low-density structure, boasting only two units per floor, offers a tranquil ambiance for its residents. Its location provides captivating views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass. Additionally, nearby marinas, restaurants, and shops are within easy reach. Each of the twenty units within Perdido Dunes Tower features expansive wraparound balconies, ideal for the sunrise and sunset views. The property is thoughtfully designed with a dune walkover and a pool, offering a refreshing escape. Unit 6 West is located on the west corner of the 6th floor with expansive sunset views (literally the best views on the beach!)
