Permit #SLP 13136 Located 10 houses back from the sand and boardwalk, this lower 3 bedroom/2 bath unit of our vacation rental duplex is within reach of the best beachfront and ocean recreation Newport Beach has to offer: great waves for the accomplished surfer, yet gentle shorelines for the youngest sandcastle builder. Spacious, clean, and bright throughout, this accommodation is a family favorite.
