Take advantage of the comforts in this fully furnished and beautifully decorated two bedroom and two bathroom condo. There are enough seats in the living area for six adults, and a big flat screen television, a DVD player, and a stereo system. If cooking is on your vacation agenda, the fully equipped kitchen is capable of meeting all your needs. A pair of stools is at the breakfast bar, and a table with four chairs is nearby. Dining on the balcony is a joy with its table and four chairs. Your master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, a flat screen television, private balcony access, and a bathroom with a sink and extended vanity counter and beautifully tiled walk in shower. The unit is also newly renovated. Things to Know Effective immediately, all parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before your arrival you will receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. HOA has scheduled window and sliding glass door ongoing one floor at a time until mid June. Noise will be heard during daytime hours.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 12. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
