Property information

The main level has a bright and open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living space. The spacious King bedroom suite is beautifully decorated with airy coastal décor and is equipped with a smart TV. The bright adjoining private bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and dual vanity basins and mirrors. Also on the main level is the second bedroom. It includes a Twin over Full bunk bed, smart TV, and a children’s book collection for the little ones to enjoy. A full bathroom off the hallway completes the top level. The welcoming entry foyer on the ground level has a large wet bar and mini fridge. On the ground floor are two more bedrooms, a King bedroom and a bunkroom with a roomy Full over Full bunk bed. Both ground-level bedrooms have streaming smart TVs and share a bright bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Also on the ground floor is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The garage has parking for one vehicle and storage space for bikes, a grill, and beach equipment. 4 spots on right side of driveway and 1 garage spot. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. A pet fee will be added after booking. **Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws.** Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking.
