Property information

Beginning October 24th elevators in the Buildings C2, B3 and C3 will be undergoing repairs. The elevators will be unavailable for roughly 5 1/2 - 6 1/2 weeks. Take a much-needed break from it all and feel the sand on your feet and the sun on your skin at this home away from home. Everyone will have options of what they would like to do, as there are four tennis courts, two pools, a BBQ area, and more just steps from your front door. If that sounds like a bit too much, take a book and enjoy the beach and crashing waves on a blanket for a relaxing way to spend an afternoon. The condo could not be in a better location if you want quiet while being close to all the action. In addition to the pristine beach, you can also try your luck at fishing in Lake Powell! For the shoppers, make the scenic drive up the coast and update your wardrobe at Pier Park, where you will find all your favorite shops. In the same area, you can attend concerts and festivals at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater or bring the family to Gulf World to see the various marine animals and dolphin shows. Camp Helen State Park is also nearby, where you can hike. The spacious layout and bright interior will allow your family to spread out and find their piece of paradise. The balcony will most likely be the most popular place to enjoy coffee in the morning, as it has a great view of the water and white sand. Gather at dinnertime as the group's chef whips up a family-favorite recipe in the full kitchen. THINGS TO KNOW Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.
