Our favorite part of the days are morning walks on the beach after a short bike ride, and sunsets BBQ by the pool. We don't have any other properties besides this one in Marco Island. We just completed the purchase in August and spent our first week there over Labor Day. We love all the open space, the saltwater pool, and especially the huge covered patio and lanai. We love Marco and have been coming to the island annually for the past three years. As empty nesters decided now was the time to buy our very own vacation home. We have had multiple long-term rentals for years, but this is our first time trying short-term renting on all the platforms and trying to figure those out.
