15 Min from Camelback! Enjoy a fresh air getaway in our newly renovated 5 bedroom home complete with hot tub with a projector, fireplace, full kitchen, billiards table, outdoor patio, propane grill, kayaks and inflatable boat. We are close to restaurants and shopping, 5 minutes from 2 community pools, hiking, camping, tennis, basketball, baseball, soccer and volleyball courts. There is a casino just a short drive away and skiing/snowboarding in the winter.

Penne Estates is a safe, quiet, private community covered in forest, deer, and community amenities like sporting activities, a convenient general store, and social events. There are two community pools and lake access with water sports and swimming. You can hike, play, camp, gamble, ski, snowboard, swim, eat and drink inside as well as outside the community(10-20 minute drive depending where) Around the nieghborhood you can walk, or you can drive. All amenities are very close to the property.
