This first-floor condo is a beach-goer's delight, with public beach access (including a playground, outdoor showers, and restrooms) one block away. It's also the perfect setting for exploring, with Fort Macon State Park (one mile), the Atlantic Beach Skatepark (two miles), and the North Carolina Aquarium (seven miles) close by. For great shopping and dining, head into downtown Atlantic Beach (less than two miles), Morehead City (four miles), or Beaufort (eight miles). Walk home each afternoon through the quaint and friendly neighborhood to be greeted by a newly remodeled living space. Everything is sleek and polished, from the all-new stainless steel kitchen appliances to the contemporary furnishings. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
