The coolest newly renovated historic building in downtown Pensacola, offered for the first time. Looking for a unique, modern experience? This spotlessly clean 2bdrm loft-style building has impressive 17ft ceilings, exposed brick, hardwood floors, bikes, new premium bedding, WIFI, 65" Smart TV, premium sound system, leather couch, full bath, mini kitchen, beach chairs/umbrella and an awesome environment where you'll be proud to stay. Walk through downtown, 15-minute drive to the beach! This building was Pensacola's original bike shop as seen in the photos. It has been expertly renovated and all furnishings and vibe have been specially curated. Includes a full work area and desk. All the modern features you want in a space that will WOW you! You'll have full access to the residence, plus off street parking. Ideal for a couple, but available to accommodate four guests maximum, with one king bed on the main floor and queen bed in the loft. My wife and I are available to provide recommendations and details once you book. We are in the downtown area, right next to the Bay Center Auditorium and in a peaceful historic area. You can easily walk to downtown or rent bikes. We offer off street parking for one vehicle and there is free, safe parking next to the building.
