The violation fee is 250. 5. QUIET HOURS: 10PM–8AM. No outdoor noise or music to respect neighbors. 6. DOORS: Keep all doors closed to prevent desert pests (mice/coyotes) from entering. 7. RESTRICTIONS: No parties, events, or professional photo/video shoots without prior written approval. 8. MAINTENANCE: Staff may enter the premises for landscaping or repairs. 9. POOL/SPA: Located in the shared Clubhouse. Key card required (200 replacement fee). No glass, diving, or solo use. Swim at own risk. 10. CLEANING: Excessive mess incurs a 500 fee. No glitter or confetti. 11. CHECKOUT TASKS: Remove trash, wash used dishes, and leave the property tidy. 12. CONTACT: Guests must respond to code violation calls within 30 mins to avoid a 1000 county fine. 13. SURVEILLANCE: Cameras monitor the driveway and doorbell areas. 14. PARKING: Maximum of 4 cars allowed. 15. DAMAGE: Report breakage immediately. Unreported damage incurs a 100 fee plus repair costs. 16. HOUSE CARE: Remove shoes on carpet/upstairs. Protect vintage furniture. 17. POLICY: Internet speed is not guaranteed. Rescheduling requests follow the standard cancellation policy. 18. It takes under a minute and is required before check-in. 19. Check-in is after 4PM. Check-out is by 11AM.
