As parents of three girls, we know the best memories come from simple moments — laughing, exploring, and just being together. After traveling near and far, we bought this hidden creekside retreat as a place for families to escape, slow down, reconnect, and create lasting memories. We’re both excited to share our home with you and your family and hope your stay feels personal, peaceful, and truly memorable. We wanted a cabin with: ⭐ Outdoor Oasis: Step onto the expansive back deck and embrace the tranquility of nature. The covered patio features an outdoor fireplace and TV, ideal for cozy evenings. Enjoy the gentle sounds of the small creek that runs through the property while lounging on the top deck. For ultimate relaxation, soak in the 7-person hot tub on the downstairs porch, which also includes a covered fireplace and entertainment center. ⭐ Fun & Games: Entertainment abounds at Creekside Cabin. The downstairs game room/theater boasts an arcade machine, foosball table, and a projector with surround sound for epic movie nights. Our cabin is also stocked with an assortment of games, puzzles, and toys to keep kids entertained. ⭐ Nature & Wildlife: Discover the beauty of the outdoors with the private path leading to the creek, where you can sit and take in the serene surroundings. The cabin is frequented by local deer, and you might even see up to 30 deer in the yard, some of which will come close enough to eat from your hand. ⭐ Firepit / Fireplace Cap off your day by the outdoor wood-burning firepit, surrounded by ambient lighting that creates a magical atmosphere for evening gatherings under the stars. If firepit isn't your thing, enjoy one of three fireplaces to feel warm and cozy! ⭐Disclosures + A Rental Agreement is required for all bookings, which will be shared via a message upon booking. + Roads leading to our cabin are completely paved and shorter cars should pull in at an angle when pulling in/off the driveway. + Out cabin is two story with steps.

We fell in love with this part of Ellijay because it feels worlds away — yet it’s still close to everything (just about an hour and a half from Atlanta). The Coosawattee River Resort offers the perfect balance of peace and play: creeks, deer, play areas, and forest trails right in the back, with river access, pools, tubing, pickleball, tennis, and more just minutes away right within the resort.
