We will send codes and check in information before 3PM of your check in date. -With mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, office table, dining table with 2 chairs, swivel chair, full bed -SHARED 2 full size kitchens on the same floor -FREE use of washer and dryer in the building -FREE Fast and reliable WIFI -STREET PARKING ONLY or you can rent to the nearest pay parking ex. Diamond Parking (2 mins drive and 10 mins walk). NO PARKING IN THE BUILDING -10 minute’s walk and 2 minutes’ drive to University of Washington -Walking distance to many commercial shops -Excellent transit options available. All are walking distance -STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED -NO SMOKING inside the unit -Possible noise during spring and summer season from the neighborhood with lots of Students. -You can check in late or even the next day. It is a self-check in.
