PET FEE The pet fee of $35 is per pet / per night, with a maximum of two dogs. We do not take any other kind of pet.
CANCELLATION FEE Any reservations canceled by the guest will incur a 6% processing fee.

A damage deposit of US$1,000 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
