Kinzie Island community amenities include association pool and tennis, bocce ball and a beach storage closet, weight room, bathrooms, owner lockers and a boardwalk to the beach. NO Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
