Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a kitchen. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and outdoor furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland
Our goal is to stay out of your way but we are always available to assist. We can be reached through the app or by text. We have dogs and chicken in the backyards (outside the guest house fence) so we may hear some noise but for the most part, they are pretty quiet. As a disclaimer, the bathroom was designed in a way the toilet is close to the sink cabinet which can make it tight for tall people. It is something we are working on to find a permanent solution.
Quiet neighborhood on the country side of Manvel It is very easy to come in and out of the neighborhood. Guest can have quick access to State Highway 6 or 288 which will bring you wherever you need to go. Parking is in our driveway but you have you own backyard access.
