If you're looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, while still being close to all the best attractions, then this is the place for you. Our chalet offers unbeatable views of the mountains and is just minutes away from popular spots like The Village, Sky Park for the kids, and Lake Gregory for swimming and boat rentals. And in the colder months, you can enjoy thrilling snow tubing in the area. Our chalet features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, dining room, a separate TV room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washer/dryer and a private patio with a fire pit, BBQ (propane available April-Oct 31), and dining area to enjoy the fresh mountain air. For those who prefer to avoid stairs, there is a bedroom on the main floor that has a queen bed and a dedicated workspace. The lower level features the TV room with a fireplace. You will also find a half bathroom for your convenience. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an orthopedic mattress and breathtaking views. Across the way, there is another room with two twin beds and a crib. Additionally, there is a full bathroom on this floor. Each bedroom comes equipped with an in-window AC unit and fan. Please be aware that there is a safety camera recording the main entrance for your security. We also have a universal EV charging outlet in the driveway (adapters not provided). And in case of unplanned power outages, our home is equipped with a generator, making your stay worry-free. This is a rare amenity compared to other homes on the mountain. We make packing easy for families by providing various family-friendly amenities such as a fully-equipped kids' room with toys, a play tent, infant bath, white noise machine, blackout curtains, a full-size crib, a pack n' play, a high chair, and kid-friendly dinnerware. We also have plenty of activities for all ages, including board games and card games.

My husband and I are from New York but have been living in beautiful San Diego since 2010. We have two children; born in 2022 and 2019 who are everything to us. We fell in love with Lake Arrowhead because it's a place to slow down when life is going to fast. We have family everywhere from Argentina, Spain, Portland, to Florida which is a good excuse to travel :) We are available from 8am to 10pm every day!

This house is located in the Arrowhead Villas known for its peacefully neighborhood with narrow tree lined roads and views of the forest. The roads are narrow and steep in places, so please be cautious when driving up or down the hill to our home. Our home has 2 parking spaces and EV charged (must bring your own adapter). Additional cars may not park on the street, so please do not bring more than 2 cars. All-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is recommended, especially in the winter. If there is snow or ice, you may be required by the county to have snow chains. Please check the weather forecast in advance of your trip.
