Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. You must go outside of the home to get to the downstairs area.
WiFi and Cell Phone Service are very spotty in this area. No refunds/cancellations for outages.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No smoking, no parties, no pets. The maximum occupancy is 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 5-6 vehicles at this property.
