Boasting room for up to 18 lucky guests, this beautiful Southern Utah home is a great spot for your next family reunion. Set on the fringes of Santa Clara inside an innovative new community called Paradise Village at Zion (aptly named for being only 48 miles from Zion National Park), you'll be happily surprised at the fantastic amenities awaiting just steps from your home base. Enjoy the contemporary design of this home in the living room while watching a movie via Netflix streaming or Blu-ray DVD players on the large flatscreen TV, or reading a book while listening to the fire crackle. There's also a Nintendo gaming system for entertaining afternoons. WiFi and streaming (via Netflix, Amazon Video, and Hulu are included with guest accounts) are available for catching the game and streaming your favorite music. Across the room is a wood dining table for 10 and an impressively stocked kitchen (major and small appliances included) awaiting delicious home-cooked meals. Warm up by the outdoor firepit and watch the stars come out. Between the five spacious bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, up to 18 guests can stay here, 16 of which can sleep among the beds (one king bed, three queen beds, and a very unique bunk room with two twin over queen built-in bunk beds). The remaining group members can use the sofas or being their own air mattresses and sleeping bags to use. Pack light and have peace of mind knowing you'll still have fresh clothes with the washer and dryer handy. Soak in the 20-person hot tub after you splash and swim in the stunning resort-style pools. This wonderful community also features a fitness room, clubhouse, and playground. Guests are within walking distance of Archie Gubler Park, housing splash pads, playgrounds, baseball diamonds, and much more. St. George is brimming with activities like golfing, shopping, dining, hiking, and seeing a show at Tuacahn Amphitheater.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
