You’re close to both Poodle and Rehoboth Beaches where you can make the most of your vacation by picnicking or taking a stroll along the shore. Inside the home, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of appliances, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a wall-mounted TV and a queen sofa. There’s also an attached studio suite that can be accessed from inside or outside the home – great for guests who want their own space – that features a kitchen and en suite bathroom as well. Conveniently rinse the sand off in the outdoor shower and head inside to the cool air-conditioning after a long day at the beach. At bedtime, choose from four comfortable bedrooms. No matter how you started the day, end it outside, gathered around the fire pit, with a toast to a perfect vacation day behind you and another one to come tomorrow. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. One dog weighing up to 50 pounds or two dogs with a total combined weight of 50 pounds are welcome. The fireplace is disabled and not for guest use. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
