The home is within walking distance to the intracoastal and only a 5 minute ride to the beach. Neighbourhood information

The Southend neighborhood, also called "SoSo" (South of Southern) runs from Southern Boulevard to the Canal before Lake Worth Beach. This area was built up in the 1940s/1950s and features all types of homes from Spanish, mediterranean, mid century modern and ultra modern. It is a very short walk to the intracoastal and a scenic walk along Flagler Drive. Downtown West Palm Beach (Clematis nightlife, City Place and Rosemary Square) is only about a 6-7 minute drive and Palm Beach Island is only about a 5-6 minute drive.
