Luckily I was blessed to purchase two condos (The Blue Lagoon and The Artful Nook). I am happy to share this quaint seaside community with you and welcome you as my guest, wish you an enjoyable stay, and invite you to come back again and again. It will always be my pleasure to host you. Little Harbor is a unique community in Ruskin - the air, sea, beautiful plants, trees and flowers are refreshing. There is so much to do in addition to relaxing in the peaceful air-conditioned comfort of The Blue Lagoon or The Artful Nook, or sitting on the patio enjoying the antics of dolphins playing in the channel. Little Harbor offers water sports, fishing, dinner cruises, swimming, kayaking, basketball and tennis, gym-time, golfing at a nearby resort....and more. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and on-site restaurants offer good food and live entertainment. Little Harbor is magical.

Golfing is nearby. THE SPACE You will enjoy a beach theme in this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo which has two queen beds, flat screen TV, and robust WI-FI. Fondly known as The Blue Lagoon, it is decorated in hues of blue and has an aura of rest, peace, and relaxation. It's perfect for a family vacation, time-away with friends, or for a romantic rendezvous. We provide a microwave, coffee maker and coffee supplies, and a mini fridge for your convenience. GUEST ACCESS This is a one-bedroom condo that sleeps a maximum of four (4) guests per booking. Common outdoor areas such as pools, hot tubs, gym, tennis and basketball courts, and playgrounds are shared with other guests. This is a second floor unit with a private balcony that can be accessed only from inside the condo. Parking is free with parking lots surrounding the condo. Our guests rave about the dolphins, food, live entertainment and beautiful sunsets at our on-site Sunset Grill & Beach Bar restaurant, as well as the food, pool and TIKI Bar at our on-site Hooks Bar and Grill restaurant. Other guest favorites are the dolphins that swim in the channel behind the condos and the beautiful sunrises over the channel. Little Harbor is conveniently located and offers water sports, fishing, dinner cruises, swimming, kayaking, basketball and tennis, gym-time, golfing at a nearby resort, and more. The property is within 45 minutes of the Tampa International Airport. Off-site attractions within reasonable driving times include Busch Gardens, The Tampa Zoo, Florida Aquarium, The Dali Museum, The Manatee Viewing Center, YBOR city, Brandon Town Center Mall, and Cockroach Bay Aquatic Preserve. Local fast food restaurants such as McDonalds and Burger King as well as non-fast food restaurants such as Asian Buffet, Zpan Hibachi & Sushi Bar, Beanie's Bar & Sports Grill, and Los Amigos Restaurant are within 3 miles of the property.
