Quiet and private, the area is one of the best coastal destinations to soak up the sun, or enjoy the exceptional surf! The coastline of Newport Beach offers: the friendliest shoreline for little ones; sunbathing or serious games of beach volleyball; close access to restaurants, shops and excursions. There is something for everyone to enjoy a fabulous vacation! Here's what you'll find: LIVING/DINING AREA: - Sofa w/ additional seating - TV (streaming only) - Dining table for 5 - Patio doors opening out to the oversized oceanfront patio.
