I am a former financial controller and the author of 2 published novels (Lazarus Cane and Michael Faust). My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. We love interesting food and doing whatever we can to stay at the beach! My Wife, Kendall, and I live on the island about 5-10 min away. We are here if you need us or just for a good local recommendation.

Beautiful 2 BR condo located on a resort property that features 3 pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts, Fitness Center, Indoor Track, Sundeck, Grill Area and much more. Short walk to the beach. This first floor unit features modern decor, full kitchen, dining area and living room with smart TV and Wifi throughout. Queen in the master with en suite. The guest room has 2 singles and a Sleeper in the living room. A perfect spot for a beach vacation and minutes to Dining and Entertainment!

The Hilton Head Resort is a 4 building resort community with a private boardwalk to the the beach with an oceanfront bar (Coco's on the Beach). The resort features 3 pools (1 indoor), 2 hot tubs, fitness room, running track, Tennis and Pickleball courts, onsite restaurant and much more all in walking distance to Shelter Cove with lots of Shopping, Dining and Entertainment options.
