The owner lives in an apartment on the property and we manage it on her behalf. She is responsible for the vision that resulted in this renovation. You may meet her, but she will keep her distance to respect your privacy unless and until you make it clear that you want to socialize!

Property information

Farmhouse chic meets historical in this remodeled 19th-century home. Most people enjoy seeing antiques - and there are plenty in this wonderful home - but no one wants to sleep on an old mattress or actually have to use an outhouse. All the important things are new! A beautiful, modern, and spacious kitchen. Bathrooms that were strategically added and updated so that every bedroom has one (so no outhouses for you!) and most importantly, super comfortable mattresses with luxurious cotton sheets.

Located on 3 grassy acres this fully restored home is ideally located for visiting the Michiana region. From the north, you would likely come down US 131 from Kalamazoo, MI. From the east and west, we are just off of I80/90. From the south you would likely go through Elkhart, IN
