This 2BR/2BA riverside rental is comprised of two next-door condos in the Historic District. Each unit offers a well-equipped kitchen and sunlit living area. Enjoy a crisp beverage on the private balcony of each unit overlooking the river. Walk to shops and attractions from this prime locale or travel under 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.) LIVING AREA The two units each provide an inviting living room detailed with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Both units feature a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to create delicious meals, including a suite of appliances (except a dishwasher). When its time to eat, each unit accommodates three at the kitchen bar. BED & BATH This two-unit rental sleeps eight guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in each living area. Both units offer a bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Each unit is fitted with a bathroom that has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Enjoy amazing views of the river, Memorial Bridge, and Battleship North Carolina from both of the private balconies. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer in each unit are provided. Private parking for one passenger vehicle is available on-site. There is also a paid parking lot adjacent to the building and a paid parking deck 2 blocks away. These units are located on the second floor. Elevators are available. LOCATION This rental offers an extremely walkable locale, nestled in the Historic District near eateries, shops, and attractions. Outdoor recreation abounds with kayaking, boating, hiking, fishing, and swimming all nearby. For a day on the shore, travel under 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.
