Return back to your sweet getaway to find a series of relaxing amenities for your convenience. Inside lies a welcoming interior with comfortable furnishings for you and your friends to unwind on after a fun-filled day out exploring the town. Step into the full kitchen and cook up a homemade meal for everyone. Head out on the balcony and gaze out at serene views of the glistening water as you sit down and listen to the soothing ripples. Play a couple of games of cornhole on the side of the house, then as the evening comes to a close, warm up by the fireplace with your favorite blanket and a cup of hot cocoa. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services will require a guest account to access. There is a long-term tenant in the cottage behind the house.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
