In this upscale neighborhood of Post Falls, you'll be treated to your own private dock for swimming and boating, as well as an expansive outdoor terrace with a private hot tub, a firepit, and ample space to grill, lounge, and admire the riverfront views. This luxury home was designed for memorable vacations, with gorgeous views of the river that follow you throughout the house. The gourmet kitchen is a natural gathering space, offering top-of-the-line appliances (including a professional-grade gas range and an extra-large refrigerator), high-end cookware, and an island with bar seating for four. You can mingle with your loved ones in the adjacent sitting area, flip on the TV in the living room as you cook, and set the dining room table for a sunset dinner overlooking the river and the surrounding mountains. But the outdoor space is truly the heart of this home, whether you're swimming or setting sail from the private dock, preparing an al fresco dinner on the gas grill, or counting the evening stars from the bubbly warmth of the private hot tub.
