Enjoy easy access to Rockport Harbor, Rockport Center for the Arts, and Rockport Beach on Aransas Bay, all within two miles. After a fun-filled day of fishing, swimming, or boating, come home to unwind in the shade of the covered front porch. With casual outdoor furnishings and a high-top table, it's the perfect spot for afternoon card games and cold drinks at golden hour. Inside, the house is open, breezy, and modern, with a bank of windows and glass doors framing the trees outside. Enjoy a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a windowside dining space, and a comfortable living room with a smart TV. A stacked washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are on hand as well. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
