Located in a secure and beautiful gated community, this stunning, multi-level Lake Arrowhead home offers a well-deserved retreat for you and your loved ones! During your stay, fun in the sun is never out of reach. Get outside and head for the community's golf course, hiking trails, pools, parks, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, marina, and restaurant. Outside of the Lake Arrowhead community, visit the Garland Mountain Horse and Mountain Trails, Song Rock Events Venue, Callahan Golf Course, and even Downtown Atlanta! You could also take short day trips to Look Out Mountain in Chattanooga, TN or DeSoto State Park in Mentone AL. When you're ready to relax, head inside the new home interior of Rockview to relax, cook, dine, and cool down. The living room offers a cozy place to sit back and stream, whereas the chef's kitchen is illuminated by a gleaming backsplash, ample meal prep space, and stainless steel appliances. When you'd like to elevate your cooking, utilize the provided gas grill. When it's time to eat, dine as a family around the formal dining table or on the screened-in porch with views of the Northwest Georgia Mountains. Your own private oasis, the home's primary bedroom is adorned with calming pops of blue and boasts private balcony access, as well as an en suite bathroom. After a day spent out and about, a soak in the clawfoot tub or a rinse in the walk-in shower will be rejuvenating. The home's additional three bedrooms are just as lovely with their high-quality linens, tasteful decorations, and central air-conditioning in the summer or central heat in the fall and winter. The home's perks don't end there! A second fully equipped kitchen, private washer/dryer, and second family/game room are also available for your use. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
