The four (4) Bathrooms listed consist of two (2) Full Baths, and two (2) Half Baths. Family Room is on the lst level with a deck. Three (3) bedrooms on the lst level -- one with access to a covered deck. Two (2) Queen sofa beds provided. All TVs provided are flat screens. Well-maintained home with all great amenities. Great location -- walk to restaurants, shopping, mini golf, bagels, ice cream, etc. Five (5) Flat Screen Smart TVs, one is in the Garage Game area. 3 highchairs, 1 stroller, beachcart, extra small refri in garage, pool table, 1 playpen, 1 portacrib Bunk set is single over double" NO PARKING IN GARAGE, NO PARTIES, NO CLIMBING ON ROOF NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND and no pets permitted.
