This single level, 5th story condo has been upgraded with new furnishings. Enjoy a large private lanai, with access from the living room and master bedroom. Sip coffee and enjoy whales breach during our winter months from the comfort of your home. Two large bedrooms and two bathrooms make this the perfect condo for a family or group. There is plenty of seating for everyone with the six-person dining table. The fully equipped kitchen features custom white cabinets, granite counter tops, and updated stainless steel appliances. In the large living room, you will find a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi, and cable. Royal Kahana is an ocean front resort situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Enjoy the many sandy beaches nearby! The resort amenities include a pool with a grass grill BBQ area, lawn shuffleboard, and front desk.This resort is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. This condo is just minutes from the world famous Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay, Kapalua, and Lahaina. *Please note that all reservations will be charged a parking fee of 15 dollars per night plus applicable tax. This fee is collected at the front desk of the property between the hours of 8am-8pm. If you are arriving after 8pm, please register your vehicle at the night-watch desk and pay your parking fees the following morning. Please note this fee is charged by the Royal Kahana Resort and is in no way affiliated with My Perfect Stays. During the winter months North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion. Direct beach access is currently NOT available but this is subject to change. There is beach access at the neighboring resorts, again this is dependent upon the currents.
