Layout: Enter the home into the mudroom with laundry area. The mudroom provides a convenient place for coats and shoes, especially during mud and snow season! The open concept living space features a country kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The living room has a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. A wood stove takes the chill off and provides ambience. There is plenty of comfy seating for gathering to watch movies or play games. Just off the kitchen, the dining room has a large table - ideal not only for meals but working or playing games. The first floor has one bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a full bathroom. Upstairs there is one additional bedroom with queen bed and a second full bathroom. A FEW RULES. - We have awesome neighbors; help keep us awesome neighbors too. - No parties. Only the number of guests on the reservation should be in the house. Let Host know of daytime guests. - No smoking. If you must smoke, do so outdoors only and extinguish when done then put in the garbage. - No pets. I know, we love them too. - No hunting, ATV's, snowmobiles, fireworks or firearms. - Quiet hours 9PM to 8AM, keep outdoor noise to a minimum. Cool? Cool.
