Nestled in the heart of the Salt Pond resort community, just a 5-minute drive to downtown Bethany Beach and a 10-minute walk to all of the amenities the community has to offer, this spacious home has everything you need to create a relaxing retreat for your next family vacation or golf outing. Enjoy your morning coffee from the screened-in porch, soaking in views of the backyard pond (perfect for fishing) and the 13th tee at Salt Pond golf course. After a day at the beach, enjoy the convenience of an entry foot shower and two private outdoor showers, complete with under-deck seating and pond views. Your party will love the large side yard for playing lawn games or watching the sunset while you prepare a dinner on the new Weber grill on the deck. 3 king bedrooms, 2 with private bathrooms, will guarantee everyone a good night's sleep and ample space to enjoy their vacation. The 4th bedroom is perfect for additional guests, especially little ones, with a queen bed and bunk beds that will make for a memorable slumber party. The 5th bedroom features a new sofa that pulls out into a queen bed; there is also a desk for anyone who needs to get a little work done during your trip. Central AC, new high-end appliances, a Sonos sound system, and Smart TVs with Netflix, Disney+, Spotify, & other streaming apps can be found throughout the home, promising plenty of comfort even on a rainy day. Decorated in a classic beach vibe with a subtle touch of Disney flare, this family-friendly home is also equipped with all the essentials for your kiddos, including a full-size crib, a pack-and-play, a high chair, and other baby/kid items. The Salt Pond community boasts a public 18-hole golf course, an outdoor pool (with a kiddie pool), three tennis & pickleball courts, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, a brand new playground, and a clubhouse with a heated indoor pool & spa (open September-June), and a newly renovated fitness room, complete with a Peloton bike.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
