Located on the second floor, the main living space enjoys a bright and airy open floor plan seamlessly combining all living spaces into one. The kitchen is fully appointed with all the major appliances needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals and a Keurig coffee maker. When mealtime is over, retreat to the inviting living area, furnished with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming services, or head over to the covered balcony to enjoy the breeze as you curl up on the sofa. String lights definitely add a chic vibe! The upper level offers two main suites, each one equipped with a smart TV and an en suite bath. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer, a desk, and central AC. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. On-site golf is available but not included.
